Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the services provided by TechEncryptor (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services (“you” or “User”).

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use our services.

1. Agreement Duration and Termination
   The Agreement regarding access to the Service, including study materials, curriculum packages, and other services, is established for the period specified in the Individual Terms of Service or as determined on the Website. In case of termination, the paid fee shall not be refunded.

2. Termination of Agreement
   If the User wishes to terminate the Agreement, they are required to notify TechEncryptor via email, registered mail, certified letter, or through the alternative method provided on the Website (available at techencryptor.com). In case of termination by the User, TechEncryptor will send a confirmation email regarding the termination. If TechEncryptor wishes to terminate the Agreement, it will notify the User via email or registered certified letter.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
   The content of the Website and all its parts are considered copyrighted works. Unauthorized use of graphics, software solutions, computer programs, or any application that modifies the Website or any part thereof is prohibited. Any material taken from the Website’s database must be properly cited.

4. Usage Rights
   The User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited right to access and use the content of the Service within the defined terms and extent of the Agreement. The Service may only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability and Service Interruptions
   TechEncryptor disclaims liability for service interruptions or errors beyond its control. The User acknowledges that certain service interruptions are necessary for maintenance purposes.

6. Indemnification
   The User agrees to indemnify TechEncryptor and its subsidiaries, employees, directors, and contractual partners against any claims arising from a breach of the Agreement, Terms, or applicable regulations.

7. Assignment
   TechEncryptor may transfer its rights and obligations under the Agreement without User consent. The User may assign rights and obligations only with TechEncryptor’s prior approval.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and Hungary. Any disputes shall be resolved primarily through negotiation. If disputes cannot be resolved amicably, the courts of Hungary shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
